1839 The company "Patek, Czapek & Co." was founded by Antoine Norbert de Patek and François Czapek.
1845 Obtained a patent for the technology for winding and setting the time with a crown.

1889 Patent for perpetual calendar mechanism for pocket watches obtained.
1925 Patek Philippe produces its first wristwatch with a perpetual calendar.
1932 Launch of the Calatrava 96 model.
