From the ever-evolving G-SHOCK in pursuit of toughness, a new model “RM Series” using a newly developed highly durable band has appeared.
A new series that pursues impact-resistant (Resist) performance in terms of material. Through joint development with Mizuno Technics Co., Ltd., a tough band that is hard to cut is realized by inserting carbon fiber with excellent tensile durability into resin. Not only the band itself, but also around the spring bar around the case joint, around the beautiful lock, around the ring, etc., the carbon fiber is inserted to take care of the details. Titanium is used for the back cover, side buttons, metal parts such as beautiful tablets. The back cover is forged to pursue endless impact resistance and durability.
For the first time, G-SHOCK has achieved a total weight of less than 50g and a 47g weight thanks to the use of innovative technology and lightweight titanium. The design is cool by utilizing the texture of carbon fiber. The band's surface is made of transparent resin so that the unevenness of the carbon fiber can be seen clearly. The glossiness of the resin accentuates black and produces sharpness.
It is the appearance of the New model equipped with the latest technology in the type that inherits the design of the original G-SHOCK, and with further durability performance.
