The first G-SHOCK DW-5000C was born in 1983. The GMW-B5000 series is equipped with advanced functions such as a smartphone link, with the square design, which is its symbol, fully metalized as it is.
A full metal case is realized by the impact resistant structure that sandwiches a fine resin buffer between the metal bezel made of hard stainless steel and the main body case. The size is also kept by high-density mounting technology. A solid screw back case is used for the back cover, and DLC treatment with excellent wear resistance is applied. Rose gold IP treatment is applied to the entire case and band to achieve beautiful coloring. Visibility is also improved by using a film solar cell and STN-LCD (liquid crystal display).
In terms of functionality, it is equipped with a Bluetooth® communication function and can acquire accurate time information by linking with a dedicated application. In addition, it is equipped with practicality such as a time adjustment system using standard radio waves (multi-band 6), stable drive using tough solar, high-brightness fully automatic LED backlight, world time, and day display in 6 languages.
It is a G-SHOCK that is more sophisticated with full metal while inheriting the origin.
