No need for regular battery replacement Photovoltaic "Eco-Drive" is Citizen's original technology that converts sunlight and a small amount of indoor light into electricity to keep the clock running. Once fully charged, it will continue to work for a long time even in the absence of light, so there is no need for regular battery replacement.
"Super Titanium" is a material that is scratch-resistant, light, and rust-resistant with our unique titanium processing technology and surface hardening technology (Duratect). It is 40% lighter than stainless steel and has a surface hardness of more than 5 times.
Keeps accurate time at all times
It receives standard radio waves transmitted based on the atomic clock, which is said to have an error of 1 second in 100,000 years, and automatically corrects the time and calendar anywhere in Japan.
"Clarity Coating" is a glass coating technology that suppresses reflection and makes the dial easier to see by transmitting approximately 99% of the light. The time can be read clearly even in sunny places such as parks and beaches, as if the glass didn't exist.
