• About shipping and returns

  Delivery companies available are Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, and Japan Post.

  *Cash on delivery for orders over 300,000 yen will be shipped by Sagawa Express.

  Refunds will only be given for unused items in the case of initial defects, failure or damage upon arrival. As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to customer circumstances due to differences in image or size.

  Only used watches can be returned if the application is made within 2 days of receiving the product and the return is made within 3 days. We only accept second-hand items that have not been used by the customer since they arrived, and are complete with accessories. New, unused, ordered items, and jewelry are not eligible.
