Good communication, and the Panerai watch was in even better condition than expected. Also incredible packaging. And I was glad to see they properly itemized the value of the individual watch components in the duty documentation, which helped reduce the additional tax. I was a bit hesitant to make the international purchase given the unknown additional customs payment, but for a ~$5,200 watch my duty invoice from FedEx ended up only being ~$150.

Purchased as a birthday present for my grandson. I wanted it in black and there was only one available at this shop, so I bought it immediately. The product will be delivered next month. Since it is a G-Shock, there will be no problems with quality etc.

This is my first purchase here, but I am very satisfied because the product arrived quickly. I was very pleased with how well the product was packaged and sized.
I would like to make good use of it from now on.
