I am very satisfied with my experience with Gem Castle YUKIZAKI. From the transaction to delivery, the seller responded promptly to all my questions, despite the time zone differences. Before shipment, I received photo and video confirmations of the purchased watch. The delivery was exceptionally fast, reaching customs in a European country in 3 days—much quicker than I expected. The package was carefully and securely packed.
