Seemed a little slow at first (maybe due to a public holiday I wasn't aware of), but once things got going I received great communication with pictures and vid of the watch. Packaging was excellent.

The dealer proved to be very attentive and responsive. I would certainly recommed this dealer to watch enthusiasts.

Delivered quickly to the UK. Watch matched the description and was brand new. The warranty card was correctly filled in with stamp and date.

The dealer clearly and without waiting for the question himself immediately explained the case with the warranty (is not an official dealer of Omega,
warranty certificate - blanc, not a problem at all, with Omega the issue of a warranty can be settled)

In the course of negotiations on a particular model I was looking for, I've corresponded with 5 other suppliers, one from HongKong (FempusTugit is a hell of a horror,
never do business with him) and another 4 - also from Japan (I won't call names, it's not as bad there as with HongKong).
This one is the only one where everything from start to finish was decent.
The correspondence was informative, with quick responses, the dealer fulfilled all wishes and obligations, for which I express my gratitude.

The watch came perfectly packaged, everything is as pictured, including certificates and original packaging.
All in all, 5 out of 5, highly recommended.
