As far as I can see from the photos you sent me, it was beautiful, but since the product was ranked B, I guess there will be some minor scratches and signs of use until it arrives (I can't help it since it's about 100,000 yen cheaper than buying it at a boutique) I was a little worried, but the product I received was as good as new. It seems like they are strictly ranked. happy!
The packaging was very careful and I was able to get a quick response to any calls or inquiries I received.
I received a notice from the boutique about a price increase and made a last-minute appointment to visit the store, but I found it at Yukizaki and it seemed to be in good condition, so I bought it.
Since this was my first online purchase, I called to inquire about the availability of accessories, the date, and the condition of the product.
The woman answering the phone was very polite and kind, and when I told her that the quality of the product photo was poor and I couldn't see the details even when I enlarged it, she sent me the photo she had just taken as an email attachment within an hour. I did. There seem to be a lot of stores, but the department that handles phone calls and the stores that have stock seem to be able to communicate quickly.
I searched and found it on the evening of a public holiday, but apparently it was open until 7pm, and it only took an hour or two to check the images after making the inquiry, so I was happy that I was able to purchase it during the super sale. It was.
I wonder if some products have good image quality and can be enlarged, while others have rough image quality? I think the quality will be conveyed even more if it is SLR image quality from the beginning (^^)
As I paid by card, it took a week to verify my identity as instructed, and I received it on the 8th day after ordering.
This is a store that I would like to purchase from again if I have the opportunity.
