In 1965, George Graham opened a workshop at the Greenwich Observatory, England, and became the "Chronograph Father" in developing the wall-mounted chronograph and inventing the cylinder escapement. Later, Eric Lotto, who inherited that intention, took the company name "The British Masters" and became known to Prince Charles and the British royal family.
