About Reservations

Regarding reservations, we also need to make arrangements for products,
Generally, reservations must be made 3 business days prior to your visit.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to business negotiations with other customers.

  • From the EC site

    Reservations can be made through the official Gem Castle Yukizaki online store. Please see the steps below for how to make a reservation.
    After you have filled in the required information, a representative will contact you.

  • By phone or email

    Reservations can also be made by phone or email.
    Please let us know that you would like to see the product in store.
  • From social media

    You can also contact us via LINE/Instagram/FACEBOOK/X.
    After confirming your name, preferred store, etc., we will make the arrangements.

How to book an online appointment

  • STEP 1

    Product selection

    If you are using our website, please enter your details under "View products in store." If you are using social media, we will send you the information you need to enter.

  • STEP 2

    Product Arrangement

    After checking the information you have entered, we will check the date and time and whether there are any business meetings with other customers. Then we will arrange for the goods.

  • STEP 3

    Confirmation from the previous day

    We will contact you the day before your visit to confirm your reservation. Please let us know if you need to change the date or time.

  • STEP 4

    On the day

    When you arrive at the store, please tell the store staff your name. You will be assisted by professional staff who are experts in watches and jewelry.

  • ・Reservations are required. Inquiries are accepted during business hours (10:30-19:30).
  • ・Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your desired reservation date, time, or restaurant.
  • ・We can only accommodate a maximum of three items per reservation.
  • -This is not a reservation for products, but a reservation for you to visit the store, so we apologize if the product is out of stock before you arrive.
  • ・If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us via the medium you used to make the reservation or by phone.
  • If we are unable to contact you within 3 hours of the specified time, your reservation will be cancelled.
