About Reservations

Regarding reservations, due to product arrangements, etc., reservations must be made two business days prior to the online consultation. Please note that the delivery date may vary.

  • From the EC site

    Reservations can be made through the official Gem Castle Yukizaki online shopping site. After you have filled in the required information, a representative will contact you.
  • By phone or email

    Reservations can be made by calling EC or emailing us. Whether you contact us by phone or email, please let us know that you would like to receive online service and provide us with the details.
  • From social media

    You can contact us via LINE/INSTAGRAM/Facebook/X.
    You can also contact us through our official social media accounts.

Negotiation process

  • Step1

    Product selection

    After receiving your contact, we will check whether there are any other customers currently engaged in business negotiations and whether we can accommodate your desired date.

  • Step2

    Choosing an online tool

    We can accommodate your request via ZOOM/LINE/INSTAGRAM. We will serve you using the tools of your choice.

  • Step3

    Product Arrangement

    After confirming the product and date, we will arrange for the product to be ready for online customer service.

  • Step4

    Confirmation from the previous day

    We will contact you the day before your online appointment to confirm. Please let us know if there are any changes to the date or time.

  • Step5

    On the day

    Spend quality time with our staff.

Notes

  • ・Reservations are required. Please make your reservation during business hours (10:30-19:30).
  • ・Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your requested reservation date and time.
  • ・We can only recommend up to three watches.
  • *This is not a reservation for products, but a reservation for online customer service, so please understand if the product is sold out before you can serve the customer.
  • ・If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us using the tool you used to make your reservation or by phone.
  • If we are unable to contact you within 10 minutes of the specified time, your reservation will be cancelled.
  • ・Online customer service will be limited to a maximum of 45 minutes.
