Great communication and fast shipping. Had a bit of a panic when I opened the watch box and the watch was not inside. Checked the shipping box, and in it was another box they had put the watch in to protect it. Very well packaged. The watch was better than described. Price was the best on C24, and amazing for the condition of the watch. Would recommend Gem Castle 100% and deal with them again!

Good communication, and the Panerai watch was in even better condition than expected. Also incredible packaging. And I was glad to see they properly itemized the value of the individual watch components in the duty documentation, which helped reduce the additional tax. I was a bit hesitant to make the international purchase given the unknown additional customs payment, but for a ~$5,200 watch my duty invoice from FedEx ended up only being ~$150.
