This was my first purchase from this seller. It also was the very first time I bought through Chrono24.
I was pretty skeptical at first as I have never bought a luxury watch from an overseas source but Gem Castle YUKIZAKI wiped out any doubts very quickly as their communications were extremely fast and thorough. I can easily tell that they are a very trusted shop in Japan. They were very detailed oriented sending me additional info/pictures of the watch and even a video which was very helpful to know exactly what I was getting and what's to be expected. The shipment was from Japan to the US and the package arrived in 2 days after they shipped it out which totally blew me away. During the shipment I received a link from the carrier and needed to take care of customs which made the process quick, easy and seamless. I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future. I also plan on visiting one of their stores the next time I am in Japan. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend this seller to others.

I must commend Sato-san for the excellent customer service, from pricing to walking the extra mile to cleaning/polishing up the watch, bracelet adjustment, and additional wrapping service as this is meant to be a present. I strongly recommend this seller and will buying another one from them soon.
