Great dealer - there was an issue spotted with the watch in the photos, so they found a perfect replacement in a very short time before resending.
Very happy with the outcome.
The watch was packed with great care and shipped promptly.

The good. The watch was new, with box and papers was described. The packing was the best I’ve seen from any online watch dealer, ever. Original box wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a box labeled by the seller, that box was wrapped in bubble wrap, inside the shipping box. Packing peanuts also were in each package. I was very impressed. I knocked them down because of communication.

The bad. There was a translation issue and a holiday delay in Japan, Chrono24 contacted them and contacted me with concern when the seller didn’t get back to them. I emailed the seller, they shipped the product and apologized.

The verdict. It wasn’t flawless but I will be checking to see what this seller has in the future as at the end of the day, a beautiful watch was safely delivered at a good price, in great packaging.

This dealer was exceptional on every level and surpassed even the highest of standards. Everything was perfect.v
