Very good experience with dealer. Watch came packed so well and nicely. Would purchase from them again.

I would highly recommend this dealer. The product delivery was fast, communication was professional, and they even added some personalized touches in the box. Unfortunately the piece I received seemed to have a movement issue, and I ended up needing to take it to an AD for service. Fortunately it was still under warranty so it will not cost me anything for the repair. I do believe this was an honest oversight by the dealer given how well everything else went. I would definitely buy from them again as this was likely a one-off, and the watch itself was beautiful and in great condition as described.

Gem Castle was awesome. I sent an email asking for more detailed pictures. They replied with pictures AND a video of the watch. Packaging and delivery was flawless. I will gladly buy from them again.
