Excellent communication. The shipping process was explained, with a delivery via UPS that was quicker than stated. The packaging was sturdy and protective, so the watch was delivered in perfect brand-new condition. The pictures provided before despatch were accurate, detailed and confirmed the new condition of the watch. A perfect purchasing experience, and a very trustworthy retailer. I would recommend the service, and will aim to purchase from here as a first choice in future.
