Ok, just wow, on Gem Castle YUKIZAKI Co. They were very prompt (got the watch within a week from Japan to the U.S.). They were also very prompt, professional, and patient with my questions (it was my first purchase through Chrono24). The packaging was AWESOME. THREE nested layers of boxes and packing material to ensure no damage. The "Good Luck" Origami gift was a nice touch. And here's the show stopper: when I opened the final box to get the watch, it was running with the correct time and date for my time zone. WHO DOES THAT??? No kidding, there are not enough stars for Gem Castle YUKIZAKI Co.
The only down side to the purchase was the import/tariff fees. They were a lot higher than expected, but not the fault of the dealer, or even Chrono24 who'd mentioned that the import fees were difficult to estimate due to fluctuating U.S. Tariffs. No blame, not upset, just one of those things to be aware of. So a SOLID 18 stars for Chrono24 and Gem Castle YUKIZAKI Co.

長年欲しくて憧れていたTスマイルペンダントをついに購入。外箱も未使用かと思うほど綺麗でギャランティまで付いていたので安心して購入出来ました。実際見てみるととても繊細で華奢なデザインでうっとりしました。新品ではなかなか手が出ないですが（この値段でも思い切りました）、中古でもようやくTスマイルが手に入って嬉しいです。大切に長く使いたいと思います。

Smoothest experience you can imagine. Seller sent pictures before sending the watch. Everything brand new and untouched as described. Arrived from Japan to Switzerland in 3 days. There's no room for improvement, perfect experience and great price.
