What is a product request?
"Product Request" is a search service for customers who are looking for products that are currently not in stock.
Yukizaki boasts one of the largest product selections in Asia, and our proud team of buyers travels both domestically and internationally to find everything from standard items to limited edition items using our network. Please feel free to let us know.
Product request application process
Application can be completed in 3 easy steps
STEP 01
"Send a product request" from the desired product page
Click the button.
STEP 02
Enter customer information on the product request page
Click the "Go to confirmation screen" button.
STEP 03
Check the contents and click the "Send" button.
After sending, you will receive a reception completion email and the reception is complete.
Notes
●We will contact you about the status of your requested product approximately one month after your request.
●After we receive your product request, we may contact you irregularly to inform you of the status.
●Basically, we will notify you when the product is found, but depending on the situation, we may contact you to confirm.
●There are many models that can be requested and whose selling prices may vary. We will inform you of the selling price calculated at the time we find the item you are looking for, so the selling price may differ between the time of product request and the time of purchase. There are some small scratches on the whole for second-hand goods.
